• Firstly Matteo and Alessandro listen to the patient in order to record an anamnesis, the story of the problem at hand.
• Diagnostic imaging (MRI or x-rays) or any other diagnostic exam is viewed thoroughly.
• Postural evaluation as well as neurologic and orthopaedic evaluation is executed.
• Specific chiropractic exam and motion palpation of the spine is performed.
• Matteo and Alessandro determine the cause of the symptom and a correct and personalised treatment plan is then formulated.
• More often than not, during the initial consultation, if appropriate the first adjustment is given to the patient.

Can you do an Initial Consultation without diagnostic exams?
Of course! During the initial consultation we carefully decide if further diagnostic imaging is required, and eventually in agreement with the General Practitioner they can be taken at a later date.
